Declan Burke is the Head of Enterprise Resilience, and regulatory CISO, for NorthStandard – a leading global maritime insurer. Declan has worked in business technology leadership roles across the financial service sector, including banking and insurance, for over 20 years. He holds an MBA from Kingston University, is a graduate of the Cambridge Business School Navigator (cyber) programme and is a Sunday Times-featured published-author on technology transformation. Declan is a blackbelt martial artist and enjoys building and racing classic cars in his spare time.
